About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at AHA Indian Food Paradise Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
