Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Ship Fast Logistics Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Judgement and decision-making skills.
- Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) as needed.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 32.5 hours per week.
