Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work.
  • Logistics Operations: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including planning, organizing, and coordinating logistics activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics operations and performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 people to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: Lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess flexibility, judgement, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 32.5 hours per week.
