Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Ship Fast Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work.
- Logistics Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing logistics activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics performance and progress.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 people to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
