Assistant Manager

Erin Esso is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Assist in managing staff and assigning duties to ensure efficient operation of the department.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, taking into account market trends and consumer demand.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements and assist in recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Green Job: Contribute to positive environmental outcomes through duties and responsibilities.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Support for Veterans: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Support for Mature Workers: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
