Operations Manager

Erin Esso is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the business.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the business and increase sales.
- Budget Planning: Plan and monitor budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Support for Veterans: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Support for Indigenous People: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Support for Mature Workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
