About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Maimaar Construction Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Team Management and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, budget status, and quality control metrics
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in construction project management or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in CADD and other computer software systems
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The role will involve frequent travel to construction sites and may require working overtime to ensure project success.

We are looking for a candidate who is efficient, flexible, and able to work well in a team environment. The successful candidate will be required to have excellent oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
