About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at MJ.K. Construction Inc. as a key member of our project management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Budgeting and Estimating
    • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to stakeholders.
    • Plan and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Contract Administration
    • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Quality Control
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
    • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
