Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction General Manager to lead our construction division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and supervisors.
    • Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
    • Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent travel to project sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
