Food Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Store Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
What We Offer- Permanent full-time position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
