  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels and ordering new stock as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting their performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Client focus, organized, and team player.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
