Food Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Store Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Assign sales workers to duties, including cash handling and customer service
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or food service environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
