Food Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Store Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize sales
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or food service environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Our food store is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work in a standing position for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly to respond to customer needs.
