Food Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Assign sales workers to duties, including cash handling, customer service, and inventory management.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including training and development programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Our food store is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while providing excellent customer service.
Personal Suitability:- Client focus and ability to work with customers.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work a 30 to 40 hour work week.
