HR Business Partner Specialist

We are looking for a proactive **HR Business Partner Specialist** to become a vital part of our forward-thinking team at Synechron. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the North American HR leadership
  • Support staff and management on various HR programs
  • Provide expertise on employee relations, performance assessments, and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to the development of training initiatives and promote an inclusive workplace culture
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and spearhead regional projects aimed at ongoing enhancement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, psychology, or a related discipline
  • 5-7 years of HR experience in an international context
  • Familiarity with Canadian HR regulations, especially in Ontario and Quebec
  • HR certification is a plus
  • Experience in handling employee investigations and grievances
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French
