Position Overview

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the type of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
  • Manage financial transactions, including balancing cash and preparing cash reports.
  • Conduct evaluations of team performance.
  • Oversee inventory management and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operational activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 16-20 staff members.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and point of sale systems.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced setting with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and work overtime as required.
