- Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and patients.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- 40 hours per week
