Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and staff members, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate personnel, providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and maintain accurate records.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our services.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and patients.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
