About the RoleAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, applying the Nursing Process to assess, plan, and deliver care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
- One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
