Your Role

The Hotel Technology Client Support Team (HTCS) is dedicated to providing around-the-clock IT assistance to all Wyndham hotel brands, managing over 400,000 inquiries annually. This team focuses on supporting our property management systems and maintaining effective communication with the central reservation system. As a Technology Support Specialist, you will deliver friendly and professional service while assisting with various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver front-line support for hotel technology requirements, addressing requests via phone, chat, and email.
  2. Utilize your analytical and troubleshooting expertise to resolve technology-related issues, including property management systems, Windows operating systems, user account management, and hardware support.

Qualifications for Success:

  1. Experience with Windows-based PCs.
  2. Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and various web browsers.
  3. Understanding of computer networks and TCP/IP standards.
  4. Familiarity with computer hardware and networking equipment.
  5. Strong customer service abilities.
  6. Effective oral and written communication skills.
  7. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.

Required Experience:

  1. Two years of experience working with computer hardware, software, or networks.
  2. One year of post-secondary education in computer science, or two years in another relevant field is advantageous.
  3. One year of experience in a customer service role.
  4. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
