Warehouse Team Lead, Merchandising

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our Stocking/Hardware team at RONA. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Receive and process inventory shipments, accurately count and record stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
- Merchandising: Restock shelves, create visually appealing displays, and ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge and expertise, and support a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment an asset.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
