About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our Stocking/Hardware team at RONA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our store shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process stock shipments, accurately counting and storing merchandise.
  • Identify and correct any discrepancies in stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Merchandise shelves and displays, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
