Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative to help drive business expansion within the province of Alberta. Our client, a leading provider of advanced industrial solutions, is planning to grow their presence in the Alberta market.

As the Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting a comprehensive range of innovative products that enhance equipment performance and serviceability. You will spend four days a week on the ground, meeting clients and prospects, with one day dedicated to administrative tasks and reporting on your weekly progress.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish a strong market presence across Alberta by promoting and selling a wide range of advanced industrial products.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, building long-term business relationships.
  • Engage in active prospecting and client visits four days a week, with one day reserved for entering data and providing weekly updates.

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive experience in Sales Development with a proven track record of building a client base and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with distribution centers and dealers, particularly in industrial sectors.
  • Background knowledge or experience in industrial solutions or related products is an asset.
  • Thorough understanding of the Alberta market and its various regions.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within the province.

**Training:**

  • Comprehensive training will be provided, including one week in Ontario and one week in Montreal, to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in this role.

**Additional Compensation:**

  • Commission on paid sales and incentives for reaching sales targets.
  • Commission Structure: 100% commission paid by the client.

  • Plus: Group RRSP
