Key Responsibilities- Business Process Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of clinical/regulatory affairs operations and business processes, with a focus on Veeva solutions.

- Innovation & Improvement: Encourage and lead innovative approaches and solutions within the specific area of expertise, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance platform capabilities and performance.
- Agile Advocacy: Champion agile methodologies within the organization, promoting best practices and ensuring agile principles are adhered to across teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between agile teams and external stakeholders, communicating progress, challenges, and achievements effectively.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning sessions to align agile team efforts with long-term business objectives, contributing to the product roadmap and release planning.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospectives and other continuous improvement efforts to analyze team processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that enhance productivity and quality.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and address risks that could impact the delivery of value, working with teams and stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to value delivery, team performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Advanced Degree: An advanced degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, data science, or business administration.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated relevant experience in clinical/regulatory affairs operations and business processes.
- Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of clinical/regulatory affairs operations, business processes, and how Veeva solutions support these processes.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in specific end-to-end business processes and enterprise platform solutions that digitally enable and empower business processes.
- Excellent Project Management: Excellent project management abilities, with a focus on delivering value and driving business process excellence.
- Familiarity with Agile: Familiarity with agile methodologies and a proven track record of implementing agile principles and practices.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated experience with Veeva Vault Clinical/Regulatory.
- Agile Champion: Adherence to DevOps principles and a proven track record with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
