Job Title: Veeva Solution Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Veeva Solution Lead to join our team at Astellas Pharma Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of Veeva solutions to drive business value and improve clinical and regulatory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Veeva solutions to support clinical and regulatory operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize business requirements and user stories
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Veeva solutions and related technologies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders on Veeva solution implementation and optimization
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with Veeva solution implementation and optimization
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of Veeva solutions

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical and regulatory operations, with a focus on Veeva solutions
  • Proven experience in leading the implementation and optimization of Veeva solutions
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Veeva Vault Clinical/Regulatory
  • Agile Champion: Adherence to DevOps principles and a proven track record with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
