About the Role

Xediton Pharmaceuticals Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers in different territories across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and execute operational marketing plans to support business objectives.
  • Develop business sales plans for individual accounts and set appropriate objectives for customer calls.
  • Review and analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the sales team has a deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and can integrate that knowledge into all interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to analyze product performance and provide recommendations for accelerating growth.
  • Plan and organize speakers programs and other peer-to-peer activities in collaboration with Medical and Sales Representatives.
  • Play a leading role in successfully launching new products.
  • Ensure a high level of call and field productivity and meet or exceed expectations for call plans.
Requirements
  • University degree.
  • At least 6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience and 3 years of sales management experience.
  • Experience and working knowledge of the Canadian pharmaceutical environment.
  • Previous track record of leading sales results by utilizing a multichannel approach to reach customers.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
  • Strong innovative and creative selling skills.
  • Ability to learn both technical and product-related materials.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate with physicians, executives, and business partners.
  • Ability to partner with the sales force and sales management to develop brand strategies.
What We Offer

Xediton Pharmaceuticals Inc offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
