Job Summary:

As a key member of the Sales Operations team, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in the Central Region. The successful candidate will provide strategic sales leadership to drive growth and development in the region, working closely with the Director, Sales Operations to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a sales team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Central Region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
