About the Role
We are looking for a motivated professional to become a part of our Internal Audit Investigation & Specials team. This role is pivotal in assisting global Internal Audit and Group Investigation Leaders in the organization and oversight of investigations. The position blends administrative responsibilities with opportunities for professional advancement within the corporate Internal Audit division.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the Ethics Hotline to ensure prompt assessment and categorization of reports
- Monitor and track cases to provide accurate updates on their status
- Compile reports and presentations for various stakeholders
- Assist Investigation Leaders and manage additional departmental tasks as required
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proven capacity to cultivate professional relationships across all organizational levels
- Flexibility and dedication to completing assigned tasks
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within a manufacturing environment
