Internal Audit Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Audit Coordinator to join our team at Magna. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration and coordination of investigations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.
Responsibilities- Act as the Ethics Hotline Administrator, reviewing and triaging incoming reports in the Investigation Management system and adding new cases as necessary.
- Monitor and track cases to ensure complete and accurate current status availability, updating the Global Tracking Report accordingly.
- Chair periodic case update meetings with Regional Leads, Case Oversight Team, Case Investigation Leads, and corporate functions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and analysis of case status and metrics for Product Group, Executive, and Audit Committee stakeholders.
- Provide support to Investigation Leads and other Specials and Investigation department processes as needed.
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Communications, or Pre-law, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in an administrative environment responsible for monitoring and reporting duties.
- Strong command of MS Office applications and internet usage, with familiarity with investigation hotline systems an asset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness, with high ethical standards.
