We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Audit Coordinator to join our team at Magna. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration and coordination of investigations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.
Responsibilities- Act as the Ethics Hotline Administrator, reviewing and triaging incoming reports, and updating the Investigation Management system as necessary.
- Monitor and track cases, ensuring complete and accurate status availability, and updating the Global Tracking Report.
- Chair periodic case update meetings with Regional Leads, Case Oversight Team, and Corporate functions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and analysis of case status and metrics for stakeholders.
- Provide support to Investigation Leads and other Specials and Investigation department processes.
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Communications, or Pre-law, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in an administrative environment.
- Strong command of MS Office applications and internet usage, with familiarity with investigation hotline systems an asset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards.
