Internal Audit Investigations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Internal Audit Investigations team as a Coordinator. In this role, you will support the administration and coordination of investigations, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the Ethics Hotline Administrator, reviewing and triaging incoming reports in the Investigation Management system.
- Monitor and track cases, ensuring complete and accurate current status availability.
- Chair periodic case update meetings with Regional Leads, Case Oversight Team, and Corporate functions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and analysis of case status and metrics for stakeholders.
- Provide support to Investigation Leads and other Specials and Investigation department processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet usage.
- Familiarity with investigation hotline systems is an asset.
