About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Bon Voyage Travel Agency Inc. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and relay messages to relevant personnel.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, maintain inventory, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
