Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives
  • Coordinate and schedule customer service activities and projects
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand customer needs
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
