Job Summary

Ava Masonry Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our customer-facing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to help team members meet their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
