Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job duties, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
This position will oversee a team of approximately 3-4 individuals, including:
- General cooks
- Food service counter attendants
- Food preparers
The role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, which includes:
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Walking and moving quickly
The ideal candidate will possess:
