The Project Advisor role is a key position within our organization, responsible for assisting the Manager in responding to customer inquiries, creating detailed quotes and work orders, and expediting orders into production.
This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, and maintain a professional image.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Manager in responding to customer inquiries and creating detailed quotes and work orders
- Expedite orders into production, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
- Maintain accurate records and data inputted into our systems
- Prepare print-ready PDF files from customer-supplied artwork
- Collaborate with the Manager to maintain customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office
- Customer service experience in a retail environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
