About the Role

The Government of Nova Scotia is seeking a skilled Print Services Specialist to join our team. As a Print Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our print infrastructure, ensuring that our digital services are secure and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for our print infrastructure, including printers, scanners, and other related equipment.
  • Ensure that our digital services are secure and reliable, and that our clients have access to the resources they need to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and to implement new technologies and processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for print services, including user guides, technical notes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of print services, including how to use printers, scanners, and other related equipment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a print services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of print infrastructure, including printers, scanners, and other related equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and other teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
