About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager, Development & Construction to join our team at Skyline Group of Companies. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service responsibilities of development projects, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to identify and address customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement design choices and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage trades and service technicians to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Act as primary point of contact for owners, providing information and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Track project schedules and identify potential risks that may impact the budget and schedule.
  • Provide procurement support and project budget reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in new development or construction, specifically in multi-family residential.
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
  • Valid driver's license.
