Customer Experience Manager, Development

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service responsibilities of development projects, supporting the pre-occupancy and after sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to identify deficiencies and ensure quality control.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections with purchasers and inspect Tarion Warranty forms where required.
- Work with the development team to implement design choices and manage trades and service technicians.
- Prepare and issue work orders, purchase orders, and back charges as required.
- Act as quality control and risk identification for the completion of the project.
- Be the primary point of contact for owners, answering questions, providing information, and ensuring expectations are met.
- Understand project schedules and identify risks that may impact the budget and schedule.
- Track all condition dates and critical path milestones, including creation of internal and external reporting.
- Provide procurement support relating to materials or equipment.
- Project budget reconciliation.
- Create and issue monthly construction reports.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in new development or construction, specifically in multi-family residential.
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
- A valid driver's license.
