Customer Experience Manager, Development

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager, Development & Construction to join our team at the Skyline Group of Companies. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service responsibilities of development projects, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Project Management: Oversee the customer service responsibilities of development projects, from pre-occupancy to after-sales service.
- Quality Control: Conduct site visits to identify deficiencies and ensure quality control measures are in place.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for owners, answering questions, providing information, and ensuring expectations are met.
- Project Scheduling: Understand project schedules and identify risks that may impact the budget and schedule.
- Reporting: Track and report on condition dates and critical path milestones.
- Procurement: Provide procurement support relating to materials or equipment.
- Project Budget: Manage project budgets and ensure accurate reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years' experience in new development or construction, specifically in multi-family residential.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.
