Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:
The Skyline Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service responsibilities of development projects, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the development and construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to identify deficiencies and ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.
- Work closely with our development team to implement design choices and ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage trades and service technicians to ensure that all deadlines are accurately met and that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Act as quality control and risk identification for the completion of the project, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality product.
- Provide procurement support relating to materials or equipment, ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Project budget reconciliation and creation of monthly construction reports to ensure that our customers are informed and up-to-date on the progress of their project.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in new development or construction, specifically in multi-family residential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing conditions and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, on-site staff, and internal departments.
- A valid driver's license.
