Corporate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Director to join our team at Bright Link Trucking Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our organizational success.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain robust financial and administrative controls, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and develop overall human resources planning, driving business growth and employee engagement.
- Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting our interests and values.
- Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to our organizational success.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and focus.
- Personal Qualities: Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to our values and mission.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success and leadership.
- Work Arrangements: Permanent position, 35 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Language: English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
