We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Director to join our team at Bright Link Trucking Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain robust financial and administrative controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of transparency and integrity.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and develop overall human resources planning, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring the company's interests are protected and advanced.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of leadership and development.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a corporate or organizational leadership position.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
