Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Director to join our team at Steelage Construction Ltd. as a key member of our sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess and improve sales team performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement strategic plans for new product lines, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Sales Operations: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to sales, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the sales team in building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, ensuring that sales efforts are tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
