About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Director to join our team at Bright Link Trucking Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our organization and ensuring the effective implementation of our business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive business success.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring the company's interests are protected and advanced.
  • Leadership and Talent Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Experience and Education: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
  • Language and Work Schedule: Fluency in English, with a 35-hour workweek and a permanent employment contract.
