About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Monsieur Jean - L'Hôtel Particulier. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operation of the front desk.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Supervision and Guidance: Supervise and guide front desk staff to ensure they are meeting expectations and providing excellent service to guests.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication.
