Engage in a dynamic sector of our retirement solutions. The Actuarial Delivery Group is an expanding team within the North American Retirement Line of Business, dedicated to achieving operational excellence and showcasing systems expertise. As integral members of client teams across various locations, they deliver high-quality and efficient services for Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and post-retirement plans managed by the Retirement teams. Responsibilities of ADG members include conducting annual actuarial funding and accounting valuations, corporate reporting, government compliance forms, and a variety of special projects.
Explore your potential. As an intern in the ADG, you will assist in various retirement valuations, post-retirement plan assessments, and special initiatives. This role offers a chance to gain insights into different facets of pension and post-retirement plans, along with the typical actuarial tasks we undertake. You will utilize advanced tools and resources to execute necessary projects involving valuation data, regulatory filings, and pension benefit calculations. Additionally, you will engage in our training program designed for interns and entry-level analysts.

- Actively participate in training sessions
- Conduct actuarial valuations and prepare comprehensive valuation reports
- Analyze data and reconcile participant information for pension or post-retirement plans
- Execute pension benefit calculations using established spreadsheets or proprietary systems
- Prepare government compliance forms and annual employee benefit statements
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and quality project completion
- Respond effectively and efficiently to all inquiries and communications
