Role Overview
As a Consulting Intern within the Retirement team, you will utilize your communication, analytical, and project management abilities in the realms of retirement plan valuations and financial risk management for various retirement plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. Team collaboration is vital in this role, as you will engage with teams focused on discovering and executing optimal solutions for our clients.
In this internship at WTW, you will:
- Act as a vital contributor on client teams, performing essential calculations or actuarial analyses across a diverse range of retirement projects.
- Engage in a vibrant and collaborative atmosphere by attending daily meetings with colleagues from the Retirement team.
- Gain insights into the consulting profession by developing client presentations, assisting in team preparations, and potentially participating in client meetings.
- Collaborate with a variety of colleagues and clients, gaining exposure to different working styles and methodologies.
