Role Overview
As a Consulting Intern within the Retirement team, you will utilize your communication, analytical, and project management abilities in the domains of retirement plan assessments and financial risk management for various retirement schemes, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Collaboration is a vital aspect of our culture. You will engage in teams that strive to discover and implement optimal solutions for our clients.
In this position at WTW, you will:
- Act as a crucial resource on client teams, executing essential calculations or actuarial evaluations across a diverse range of retirement projects.
- Engage in a vibrant and collaborative environment by participating in daily discussions with colleagues from the Retirement team.
- Gain insights into the consultant's daily activities by preparing client presentations, assisting in team preparations, and potentially attending client meetings.
- Collaborate with a variety of colleagues and clients, acquiring knowledge and exposure to different working styles.
