Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at 989240 Alberta Ltd Tim Hortons. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
    • Upsell and promote menu items and promotions to increase sales and revenue
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • Will train on the job
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
