Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 989240 Alberta Ltd Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
  • Package take-out food and prepare food items for customers
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer needs
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer expectations
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure adequate inventory
  • Take customers' orders and provide exceptional customer service
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with heavy loads, repetitive tasks, and extended periods of standing. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
